Terms of use

DROME+ ("DROME+", "we", "us") operates this website and the sponsorship platform behind it. Combat sports athletes and brands apply through the forms on this site, our team reviews each application by hand, and approved athletes and brands are introduced to one another.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply, whether you apply for yourself as an athlete or on behalf of a company. If you apply for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to represent it.

Athletes must be competing or training in one of the sports we cover: professional and amateur boxing, MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, K-1 and bare knuckle.

Sending an application does not create an account and does not create any obligation on our side. Every application is read by a person on our team. We aim to come back to you within five working days, and we may ask you for more information or for proof of the details you gave us.

We may approve, decline or pause any application at our discretion, including where information cannot be checked, where it looks inaccurate, or where the profile is not a fit for the platform. If we approve you, we create your account and tell you by email.

DROME+ facilitates introductions and structured proposals between athletes and brands. We review profiles, we match the two sides, and we help both sides put a clear proposal together, with deliverables written down in plain language.

DROME+ is not a party to any sponsorship arrangement made between an athlete and a brand. The terms of that arrangement, and everything that follows from it, are agreed directly between the two of you. We are not your agent, manager or legal adviser, and we do not represent either side in a negotiation.

At this stage of the platform we also do not take or hold any money between the two sides, do not prepare or sign sponsorship agreements on your behalf, and do not promise that an application, a match or a proposal will lead to a sponsorship. If that changes, we will update these terms and tell you before the change applies to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including your fight record, titles, club, links and your audience numbers. Audience and reach figures are self-reported: you enter them yourself, and they are shown on the platform as your own statement, not as a measured figure.

Please keep your information up to date and tell us if something important changes. If we find that information is materially wrong or misleading, we may correct it, hide the profile, or close the account.

You keep ownership of everything you send us: your photos, videos, logos, text and links. By submitting them you give DROME+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store them and to display them inside the platform, to our team and to reviewed brands or athletes you are shown to, for the purpose of reviewing and matching you.

This licence covers the platform only. We will not use your material in public advertising, on our own social channels or in press material without asking you first. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including rights from the photographer, and that showing it does not break anyone else's rights or any exclusivity you have already agreed elsewhere.

The licence ends when you ask us to remove the material or when your account is closed, apart from copies we have to keep in backups for a short period.

Our current pricing is published on the pricing section of our home page. Athletes use DROME+ for free. Brands pay a monthly seat fee, plus a success fee that applies only when a deal closes.

No fee is ever charged without being shown to you first. You will see the exact amount, what it covers and the billing period before you are asked to confirm anything, and no charge is taken from an application form. Prices may change over time; the price shown when you confirm is the price that applies to you for that period.

Use the platform honestly. Do not submit false, stolen or misleading information. Do not apply on behalf of someone who has not asked you to. Do not use another person's identity, photos or record.

Do not use the platform to send spam, to scrape or copy other members' data, to attempt to break its security, or for anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harassing. Do not use contact details you find through DROME+ for anything other than the sponsorship conversation they were shared for.

DROME+ is early. Features can change, move or be removed while we build, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We provide the platform as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it will always be available or error free.

You can ask us to close your account and delete your application at any time by writing to hello@dromeplus.online.

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the information in it turns out to be wrong, or if we have to for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

DROME+ is not responsible for what athletes and brands agree between themselves, for money that changes hands between them, for work that is or is not delivered, or for anything either side says or does outside the platform. Check who you are dealing with before you commit to anything.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, lost opportunity, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or through the platform before it applies. Continuing to use DROME+ after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the DROME+ operating company is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We will name the country here, together with the company details, before the first paid subscription starts. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
